Constant network errors on only my pc

I have no issues using my browser, downloading files or using most apps, but while playing video games specifically, I experience network errors, disconnections and failure to connect. While I can't discern if the issue exists on mobile due to the differing circumstances, the wi-fi seems to be working just fine there.

I used Windows' Network Troubleshooter and it said something about my DNS server not responding. I am on Windows 10, using an ethernet connection, not using any active anti-virus other than Windows Defender. I have tried replacing my ethernet cable, power cycling my router, flushing my DNS cache, resetting my network stack, changing my public DNS server to cloudfare's (it was on google's before) but none of that solved the issue.

I don't know anything else I could try, google isn't giving me any other solutions either, I would really appreciate some help.
