For Sale: Shopify Award Winning personalized accessories brand (AED 3.3M historical sales, 12.5k customers) + Laser Engraver + Digital Assets + left over min. inventory

I’m selling the digital assets of my shopify award winning personalized engraving brand (name redacted for privacy). I built a AED 3.3M business since 2020, but I’m moving countries with my cats to retire and dont have the passion and drive to run it. It needs a motivated operator who wants to turn the ads back on, strategize and scale it.

This is a clean asset sale – I am not transferring my UAE trade licence, VAT, or corporate ID. I will close my entity and file final returns.

The Opportunity: The brand scaled heavily from 2021-2023, generating 12,500+ orders (AED 259 AOV). I scaled down the running of Meta ads and Google ads this year due to my quest for relocation and retirement. The digital infrastructure, customer database, and proven brand are all setup and is waiting for a new owner.

What’s Included:

• Domain, Shopify store, Instagram/meta account, Google ad account, Meta pixel sharing, digital creative library, and 12.5k+ customer database.
• Leftover stock of approximately 400 genuine leather wallets, 50 lockets a few bracelets and chains.
• Engraving machine [bought for 60,000 aed , 2019]
• Supplier information for stock and packaging

The Numbers:

• Historical Sales: AED 3,303,818 | Trailing Twelve Months Revenue: AED 70,532 (Ads scaled down in Jan)
• Current Approx. SDE: AED 18,000–23,000. (Full P&L and Shopify analytics available under NDA) – The current profit is small because I checked out. You don't even have to run the ads and you will make money at present.

Honest Risks: Current revenue is low vs peak and needs fresh ad spend. Historical returns exist (AED 166k over 6 years, largely from past COD orders). Meta pixel can only be shared with your Business Manager, not transferred.

Asking Price: AED 75,000 for the bundle (offers considered).
