In Jan 2025 I bought a CWWK N100 firewall mini PC (2x10G SFP+, 2x i226-V) for $250 from a Shopify store branded "cwwk". Order confirmations said "cwwk" and messages arrived as "CWWK". Contact email on the order: yangcwwk@gmail.com.
The unit now shuts itself off, Mainboard fault. I offered to pay for a replacement.
I contacted CWWK. They checked my order and said it was not bought from an official CWWK channel, so they won't provide support. They told me to go back to the seller.
The seller replied once saying they'd pass it to their tech team. Nothing since.

If you're buying CWWK hardware, check the domain before you pay. A store that looks like CWWK and uses the name may not be, and you won't find out until you need support.
