September was a big month. Two new features, a lot of reporting polish, and a pile of fixes.
New: AI Visibility
AI Visibility feature analyzing answers from prompts
See how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI platforms talk about a brand.
Add the questions real customers ask. Each run shows whether the brand was named, whether a page you own was cited, and which sources the answer relied on. Results are broken down into Overview, Prompts, Sources, Answers and Share of Voice.
You can also get Insights when something changes: the brand gets mentioned less, a citation is lost, a competitor overtakes you, or an AI answer gets the brand's details wrong.
To set it up, open AI Visibility, enter the brand name and the domains you own in Settings, then add your first prompt.

New: Earn free AI credits
You can now earn AI credits from the top bar. Write a G2 review, or link to Jepto from a page on your own website. Each one gives you 500 AI credits straight away, then another 500 every month.
Open Get extra AI credits and pick Write G2 review or Link back to Jepto.
Reporting improvements
- Branded report emails. Design the email that goes out with your scheduled reports using your brand templates.
- PDF reports. [confirm wording]
- Analysis follows your Rules. AI analysis in reports now respects your account-wide and per-brand Rules, the same way Data Chat does. Set a rule once (fiscal year, how conversions are counted, terms to avoid) and it applies everywhere.
- Sync status in the editor. When you create or edit a report you can now see if a data source is still syncing, so you know why a card might be empty.
- Branding tweaks. Rename a branding, and new sender addresses default to reports@yourdomain.
Fixes
- Report cards no longer load forever when a query returns no data
- Refreshing a report now reloads every card
- Dragging small cards in the editor no longer scrolls the page
- Google Business Profile location filters in reports no longer return zero data
- Facebook data sources now show an error when the connection needs reauthorising, instead of staying green
- Edit History now shows full version details
- Social post drafts load for accounts with 100+ Business Profiles
- Bulk Business Profile posts that reported success but didn't publish are fixed
- Social post image uploads no longer time out
- GA4 anomaly previews show a proper error message
- Budget bulk delete works again
- Sign in works on Safari for iOS
