Recent CS grad returning to tech after Google/ASUS support experience targeting DevOps/build & release. What’s keeping this resume from getting traction?

Recent CS grad returning to tech after Google/ASUS support experience targeting DevOps/build & release. Request Feedback on Resume.

Some background. I've been out of work for 8 months and have been struggling to break into DevOps. This is my latest resume, so I just wanted to see what some professionals think. I've been trying my best to add projects and that is where Splat and Deploygate come into play. I've checked some videos online with https://www.youtube.com/@TechWorldwithNana and some others. What should be my next direction? Should I go heavier into learning Python?

I've been using AI-assisted development tools alongside my CS background and have spent the last several years building and troubleshooting software projects. With SPLAT I've been practicing Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, regression testing, release packaging, and production-style troubleshooting. I can read and debug code fairly well, but I'm still building deeper Python fluency.
