Help in regards to MiniDLNA server not being discoverable on my TV while using Rethink Firewall application on android

Here is my workflow;

I host a minidlna server from termux on my android phone. Then, I go on my tv -> VLC media/Kodi -> Local Network where "My Server" is easily discoverable.

When I use Rethink Application on my android phone with the settings "Use Sytem DNS for undelegated domains" Turned On. Termux Excluded. And No other universal rules set.

The following occurs in the various settings;

1. DNS Only; Everything works as mentioned above no problem; Screencast works as desingned as well.
2. DNS + Firewall; If I suddenly switch to this mode as the media is playing it still plays and completes. The http://ipaddress:port is still avaiable. However, the discovarability of my server on my TV/or other android device is well… not there. Although, on the same phone it seems to be available. (screencast still works fine as well)
3. Firewall only: The same as no.2
4. Not excluding termux; This shuts down the http://ipaddress:port connection and doesn't send a request to termux when I searched for local network on my TV. (except for in DNS only mode where it still worked perfectly fine)

When I looked and the debug on Termux it seems to know that its being searched for and tries to respond to that request but get suddenly cut off without any error message it seems.**This may help a lot as well, I have looked around rethink fairly decently and can't figure out where the connection is being cut off by the firewall**. It seems something in the firewall setting is blocking off the connection even though termux is excluded. (perhaps some other application or activity is relied on for my dlna server but as stated I cannot figure out which one)

I've been turning off my rethink everytime to use my dlna server and wish to not do so anymore. I would appriciate help on this matter.
