Unable to connect to dns servers

Pinging my router works, nslookup doesnt

I've tried manually setting the dns server, reinstalling drivers, all the ipconfig and netsh stuff and nothing worked.

The problem occured over night meaning it most likely has to do with some update that was installed.

I do have Avast installed however I don't have any vpns.
