Hotel blocking Wireguard and Amneziawg ports, UDP443, is OpenVPN TCP443 the only option?

UDP443 doesn't work. I read that UDP53 is not a good idea and can conflict with DNS. I usually do a site-to-site between my Gold Plus and Orange, but this one is tricky.

Since I am traveling and have to support Windows, iOS, and Android, I can't (and rather not even if I could) add additional wrappers, proxies or Tailscale, are there other options?
