Is polymarket accessible and legal in Switzerland?

I know it was blocked some years ago but according to https://help.polymarket.com/en/articles/13364163-geographic-restrictions it's not blocked, however the DNS from my internet provider (salt) don't allow me to access https://polymarket.com, and I can access it only when I use other DNS such as the ones of DNS4EU (which I normally use for the ad blocking), so it's seems like it's somehow blocked anyway?

So I am not sure if I can use it. Also, I asked Mistral and it told me that I could probably use but there might be problems with the swiss banks and also, since I am an EU citizen with a C permit and in a couple of years I could request the nationality, Mistral said that using a platform that isn't approved in Switzerland could impact my request since that could be seen as an attempt to bypass the swiss legislation, which I am not sure if it's real or just an AI hallucinating.
