Sudden High Packet Loss from past week

Hi!

Anyone know why this is occurring? It just randomly started. I used to have 20 ping and now I have 50. I tried switching DNS, restarted router, did everything possible to potentially fix it but have no solution. I am ethernet and not wifi. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!
