Built a local-only browser tool to quickly preview exported .glb/.fbx/.obj from Blender, check Face Orientation (Blue/Red), Wireframe Overlay, and expo

Hey r/blender,

Whenever I export a .glb, .fbx, or .obj asset from Blender to send to a client, drop into Unity/Unreal/Godot, or share a quick turnaround clip, I often just want to double-check how the exported mesh, materials, and normals look outside Blender—or grab a quick 360° transparent turntable video without setting up a shadow-catcher scene and waiting on Cycles/Eevee render queues.

So I built Artoli 3D Viewer, a lightweight, 100% client-side browser inspection studio that runs entirely on your local GPU (zero server uploads, safe for NDA work).

👉 Tool Name: Artoli 3D Viewer (I put the direct browser link in the first comment below so it doesn't trigger link filters)

What makes it useful alongside Blender:
• Instant Export Verification: Drag & drop exported .glb, .gltf, .fbx, .obj (or a .zip containing .obj + .mtl + textures), .stl, .3mf, .ply, or .usdz to verify materials, UVs, and scale in <0.5s. • Blender-Style Face Orientation (Blue / Red): Toggle the normal orientation shader (gl\_FrontFacing) to immediately spot inverted/flipped faces in bright Red before importing into a game engine or slicer. • Wireframe Overlay & Clay/Plaster Modes: Inspect edge flow layered directly over your PBR textures, or switch to a matte sculptural Clay shader to check silhouette and forms. • 5-Second 360° Transparent WebM Alpha Turntables: Record smooth 360° turnaround clips with aspect ratio presets (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5) and transparent alpha channel support—ready to drop straight into Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut without chroma-keying. • One-Click 4K Cutout PNGs & VRAM Telemetry: Capture 4K transparent PNG renders and inspect live triangle/vertex counts, draw calls, texel density, and estimated GPU VRAM usage. • Offline Desktop PWA: Install it via Chrome/Edge to open local 3D files offline right from Windows Explorer or macOS Finder (Right-click -> Open with Artoli 3D).

Would love to hear what fellow Blender artists think or if there are any specific inspection passes you'd find helpful!
