help cant play versus or horde

i have been trying since beta and since early access to play e day i spent the 100 for the game because of how much i love the game series but i cant even access the game and play with my friends cause the game keeps trying to fetch data that's out of date on top of it cant even do bootcamp or anything the game constantly says go online when im trying to play versus i cant even refund the game now cause i spent 5 hours on the menu separate times ofc opening the game and testing if something i did fixed it but nothing and i did everything support told me to do and it didn't work i just want to play the game this is the second Xbox game i have on pc that wont work this first started with forza 6 when it came out it as well didn't let me play online and i cant re install windows since i got a lot of college work on this pc and the apps for that stuff take longer to download i dont know what else to do i just want to play the game thats it only once i got an error code and even then trying to fix it didnt work im out of options and need help going to lose playing and getting launch rewards cause of this if anyone has any ideas that isnt time syncing reinstalling the latest windows flushing dns i did alot of stuff i moddifed the firewall
