Looking to change company. I need feedback on my resume

I’ve been currently employed with my company for 5yrs and I’m looking to change companies. Multiple recruiters have reached out regarding positions but they ghost me after the first call. I’ve had some luck with other positions but was not selected in the end. I’m wondering if there’s an issue with my resume. Looking for feedback from people who work in IT, specifically L1-L3 positions **Any PII has been removed**
