Hi, my ISP offers up to 2.5Gbit but my motherboard only supports 1Gbit, so I got the AXAGON ADE-25RC USB-C to LAN adapter which supports 2.5Gbit. And everything works normally, I get the intended speeds, downloads are fast, connection works.
But my google chrome is suddenly very sluggish, YouTube loads slow, pages too, but it only affects the browser. Ping in games and downloads are super fast. I tested both the 1Gbit LAN and 2.5Gbit with the adapter, slow browser only happens with the adapter.
Already tried restarting PC, installing the newest drivers for the adapter, disabling hardware acceleration, flushing DNS.
Anyone know what can fix this or what might cause this?
