Phaze is a remote desktop product with an MCP that lets claude control Windows computers from other Windows computers (I'm the cofounder of Phaze). Install Phaze on both computers. Set up the MCP on your computer, and then tell claude to connect to the other computer and fix something. It runs headlessly, so you can keep doing whatever you were doing on your computer while it fixes the other person's computer. It can do things like rotate screens back to the right orientation. Or check the DNS server and do a ping test to see if the network has issues. It cannot unplug and plug the computer back in though. We also open sourced a slackbot that responds to IT support requests and automatically connects to the computer to fix it. Check it out – https://github.com/boxerbk/phaze-mcp-api-itsupport-example
