ZEE-GOREHOOK constantly disconnecting me from Versus on PC – I’ve tried everything, please help

I’m hoping someone can help because I’m completely out of ideas at this point
.
I’m playing Gears of War: E-Day on PC through Steam. The game worked perfectly for me during the beta and throughout Early Access. I was playing Versus for hours with no issues. Then suddenly I started getting ZEE-GOREHOOK, and now I’m constantly being disconnected from Versus matches. Sometimes I can actually get into the match and play for a little while, but then I get kicked with the error shown in the picture.

5800X / RTX 4060 8GB / 16GB RAM / Windows 11, and I use a wired Ethernet connection.
Here is everything I have already tried:
Updated Gears to the latest Steam build
Verified game files through Steam
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game
Updated/reinstalled my NVIDIA graphics drivers
Restarted the PC multiple times
Completely closed and restarted Steam
Restarted/power-cycled my Spectrum modem/router
Confirmed Ethernet connection is working
Flushed DNS (ipconfig /flushdns)
Reset Winsock (netsh winsock reset)
Reset TCP/IP (netsh int ip reset)
Tried Cloudflare DNS
Tried ExitLag ON and OFF
Tested UPnP ON/OFF
Tested UDP 3074 firewall rules
Checked Windows Firewall
Tested a completely different connection/mobile hotspot
Checked Xbox Gaming Services
Checked Xbox Live Auth Manager
Started Xbox Live Networking Service
Signed out/in of the Xbox app
Linked my Steam and Xbox accounts
Checked my Xbox account for enforcement actions — none
Confirmed Windows date/time and time zone are correct
Manually synced Windows time
Ran DxDiag and it reports no problems with my display, sound or input
At this point I don’t know what else I can possibly change on my PC or network. I’ve also spoken to another player who said he was having the same issue.
Has anyone else had ZEE-GOREHOOK specifically when playing Versus? If you fixed it, PLEASE tell me what you did. I just want to be able to play online without getting disconnected every match.
