Can I switch my sponsorship during or after dns???

I got a letter for sponsorship from small rpsl company for my dns then later now during my dns or after my dns is possibly for me to switch and find another good company for my cadetship,

Like cadet exams direct entries.

Is it possible? And how many good option I'll have around me?
