Okay so about the off grid vision I had a couple of days ago (I posted about it on another platform), ngl like I’m tryna turn it into an actual blueprint instead of just one of my thoughts. 🖤
This is kinda what I’m envisioning, it can be a small group of people between 20 and 150 people, or even a smaller group such as between 2 and 10 people, these numbers are just examples, not a rule ✨
Ngl like a good motto is “Live Free Or Die” because nobody wants to live controlled, manipulated, and purposely made sick and weak by a system that doesn’t care about them, they would rather die then suffer. 🖤
Everything I am listing below is just the skeleton for this idea, it’s purposely meant and designed to be a flexible “as you go” type of structure rather than a set of strict rules or laws. So absolutely everyone is obviously 100% free to do whatever they want, this is just for some guidance on how to build the vision ✨
These groups would pick places that are remote and deep in the woods / mountains like a few examples would be White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire, Jamaica State Park in Vermont, Devils Hopyard in Connecticut, ect
Just anything that has a good amount of forest coverage is 100% the gold standard, then like what the set up would look like would be something like this ✨ I know that state forests have staying limits like around 14 days and then people have to relocate, so like what my vision for this group would be I guess is like a nomadic type of lifestyle. 🙂
The living areas would be either converted vans / busses, tents, or primitive structures built in the forest areas, also like I know money could definitely be a problem, but I have a solution to that one.
For people who are neurodivergent, Intellectual disabled, have other mental health disorders, and/or physical disabilities that cannot get accepted to and/or hold a job, aka cannot work they legitimately qualify for free state health insurance, food stamps, cash assistance, and inevitably social security income / social security disability that lasts for the persons entire life. For those who can work and hold a job remote jobs are a good option for this but obviously not a requirement. 🖤
Food could come from anywhere, like foraging, hunting, fishing, gardening, and most importantly since there is funding and each person has some sort of income temporarily going into town to get food / beverages among other necessities is 100% realistic and practical.
Showering would probably be either like one of those pop up privacy shower tents with some sort of water source attached, using whatever public bathroom is available at the state park that the people are currently at, showering in the converted van / bus, or bathing would just be like skinny dipping and washing up in a river / lake ✨
Laundry could be either temporarily going into town to do laundry at a cheap laundromat, or like maybe washing the clothes in a natural water source / air drying them, or even one of those portable washer and dryers type shit, whatever is preferred. ✨
Using the bathroom could be either using a composting toilet, using existing public bathrooms at whatever state park the group is currently at, or using the bathroom in the converted van / bus.
Plumbing could look like just simple temporary pvc pipes coming from a water source and into the camping area via water pumps, or making a makeshift set up with hoses if they are available. Catching rain water is also a good idea too, and all of these methods would also be combined with water decontamination tablets. 🖤
The electricity could come from a mix between solar power stations / generators, wind turbines (small scale, improvised and still works good, not too expensive or fancy), hydro turbines (also small scale and improvised), and honestly any other improvised power source that you can think of will work perfectly 🙂
Heating could come from any source that is like camp fires, wood stoves, stone fireplaces, propane heaters, wood pellet burners, small alcohol burners, or even just the converted van / busses built in heating systems.
For internet / WiFi access the set up could look like this, any cheap mobile hotspot / router type shit such as (Gl.iNet, Netgear Nighthawk, or TP-Link) that takes a SIM card and broadcasts its own WiFi network to the whole camp works good
Oooo btw the GL.iNet routers support NextDNS, ProtonVPN, and WireGuard right out of the box 🙂 so it’s very on brand with my cybersecurity and privacy vision ✨
Starlink Roam is also an option I guess, the 100GB plan starts at around $55 a month which is relatively cheap for mobile satellite WiFi.
