This technique has the weird trait of providing the user a natural understanding on how to perform RCT and apply the positive energy stemming from it into the technique (kind of how domain-based CTs give the user a DE).

Lapse Arsenal: this is what the CT naturally provides when "normal" CE is applied; it enables the user to conjure any weapon, shield or armor they can think of. An inexperienced sorcerer might need to say the name of the item they wish to conjure as a form of chant. The items are made out of CE in the same way Reggie's CTs conjures items.

Reversal, Divine Smite: When positive CE is applied onto the technique it is accumulated into the weapon chosen by the sorcerer, which can then be released upon the subsequent attack. Upon release, it will manifest as a beam of white light that will attempt to travel in the direction of the attack and release a violent explosion of white light upon contact (this means that you can either have it explode directly upon the target hit, as the beam will immediately collide, or use it as a long range attack). The explosion of positive CE will violently destroy curses, shikigamis, barriers and any other structure or construct made out of CE.

Domain Expansion: Judgement of The Gods

The domain will appear as a grassy plains extending endlessly until the horizon, illuminated by the bright sun at full noon. The sure hit effect stems from the bright sun itself, whose brilliant light will carry the same effects as Divine Smite.

Due to the sure hit being inherently made out of positive CE, this DE isn't particularly suited for targeting sorcerers, as it causes pretty little damage.

The natural understanding of RCT also allows the user to easily master its use for healing both himself and others.
