Did anyone else faced this issue on Firmware Version 23.0?

I always get this error when Downloading or starting Games also on the Eshop or Nintendo Online sometimes.

Its kinda weird nearly always giving me this error code

My Wifi is 2,4/5Ghz, for some reason the Switch only uses 2,4Ghz, my Router is 2 Meters away when docked and this occured when i updated to Firmware 23.0
