I’m posting extremely bad photos here but i need help if anyone has been in the same situation as me. I have DNS, right side nasal valve collapse, my nose bone is moved to one side to the point left and right side look like two different noses especially 1/3rd profile. I also have a downward tip and when i smile it gets more downward, apart from aesthetics is it better to get rhino or else nose shape can get compromised? I got told if my nose bridge is moved to one side, septorhino is required but doesn’t septoplasty alone fix that, i also have a nasal valve collapse. Is there a way doc can keep my nose shape still natural or should i completely change it for optimal results and so nose shape is not compromised? (Keep in mind right and left side look completely opposite as nose is moved to right side, left side looks more prominent)
Im not necessarily looking for aesthetics but rather functionality or atleast i would like to keep somewhat natural nose.
I wanna know how deviated i seem to other people i’ll post a pic that i took of my nose from top.
1 picture: side profile
2 picture: top angle of nose (shows deviation)
3 picture: 1/3rd angle right side
4 picture: 1/3rd angle left side
