How do I transfer a .com domain to other company? In a way that deal doesn’t get sabotaged

I have a .com domain which I purchased for my old project, I discovered a early stage start-up with NIT founders with same .in Company and exact name brand

I already have mobile app, web app and website, desktop app with same brand name. Planning to hold it for future but can sell if can get reasonable price.

How do I approach to this situation?

Are indian founders open to buy domain for their startups?

How much can I sell it for, I genuinely don't know so suggestions would help.

Also how to safely transfer if it happens?
