If you remember Columbo’s Mystery Capers on the Newton, you already know the shape of this: a case, a set of scenes, and a culprit to name. Casebook takes that shape and builds it out properly.

Mystery Capers gave you a handful of short cases, told mostly in text. Casebook gives you ten full-length cases, every one of them illustrated, with fifty hand-cut scenes, 489 places you can actually tap, 262 clues, and fifty people to question. One case of Casebook is longer than the whole of the original.
