I built a $0/month tech stack for my project — here’s what I’m using

I kept seeing people spend hundreds of dollars every month on infrastructure, so I decided to see how far a $0/month stack could actually go.

Here’s my current setup:

Supabase → Database, Auth & Storage

Resend → Transactional emails

Vercel → Hosting & preview deployments

GitHub Actions → Cron jobs & automation

Cloudflare → DNS, CDN & caching

PostHog → Product analytics

Sentry → Error monitoring

Remotion → Programmatic video rendering

The interesting part isn't that every service is permanently free.

It's that free tiers can be surprisingly powerful when you combine them intelligently.

For a small SaaS, MVP, side project, or early-stage product, this can potentially delay a lot of infrastructure costs until you actually have meaningful usage.

Obviously, free-tier limits vary, and once traffic grows, you'll eventually need to pay for some services.

But that's the point:

Why pay $200/month before you actually need $200/month worth of infrastructure?
