I'm looking to move on from my current company after being there for 5 years now as I feel like I reached my capacity there with no room for growth or learning. I've never been promoted and work just as hard as anybody closing between 65-90 tickets every 7 days. Being in my early 30s, I have a lot of years left and just want to move to a place where I can make more of an impact and be appreciated for the work instead of getting on my knees for a promotion. I've been passively applying to roles I found interest in but mainly been getting ghosted or rejected on a handful.
Wondering if anyon has any feedback on my resume that will help land me my next role in Information Technology or a specific job title I should be aiming for. Both of these roles hold "Systems Administrator" but they've really been 80% end user support and 20% infrastructure and other IT systems (eg. security cameras, badge access, SaaS products, MDM, etc.). I tend to be the "jack-of-all-trades" wherever I end up and that has been the story at both of these roles listed in my resume.
I only listed 5 main bullet points for each role as I could probably have 10 per role but wanted to condense it down to keep the length of the resume as short as possible.
