4+ year into corporates and still unable to find a stable job. Found a stable one but it was a low pay. Need advice or suggestion how to strategize my new job hunt and land a stable job?

Started my career with a sales job which lasted on 45 days due to manager being verbally abusive So I resigned. (Insurance/policies aggregator firm with loads of toxicity)

Got another job in the second wave of the Pandemic which lasted 35 days as they were making everyone work from office in the peak pandemic and eventually I got affected and came back. (BPO)

Found another after 3-4 months, worked there for 7 months and they cancelled my leaves on birthdays and made me cover fellow teammates shifts when they were on leaves which led to burn out and graveyard nights were random and out of blue hence resigned after an incident when a random supervisor insulted me for asking a help. (BPO)

this time I decided never to work again but had to get another job which lasted only 5 months due to the process being closed (the client closed the account with the vendor). (BPO)

Got lucky and found another job with a week and this time I stayed for 1 year there and it was again the same cycle the Process/business was sold to third party, luckily I got my name in the re-batched employees and moved to the new third party employee, worked there for 2 years but suddenly like every BPO once they understood the business they started micromanaging everything in order to maximize the profits so they started tracking active hours, mouse/keyboard clicks and performance reviews in every 2 months followed by incentives which were minimized and later a rule was passed that if you don't earn incentives in every alternate month that means you are not a good resource and will be placed on Performance improvement plan. Eventually on a fine weekend manager called for some unresolved ticket at 6 in the morning which got me fed up with the micromanagement and I resigned. (Fintech)

This time I stayed unemployed for 8 months trying to do business but no luck, was only able to sell 2-3 cars only in 8 months and had find another job which led to desperation and I started working graveyard shift where I got okayish salary, no work, but the night shift was killing my health and resigned after an argument with the manager. (BPO)

again the same cycle, unemployed for 7 months, this time I learned and got into AML/KYC domain and started with a very famous and biggest Fintech but again the fintech is famous for hire and fire, fast paced high pressure culture and within 4 months I was fired for not meeting the efficiency of 90% and quality metrics of 95%. Now I am at my breaking point, Mentally I am exhausted and physically drained. Its been almost 5 years I am trying to make it work. In the beginning it was pandemic, now its wars and Ai what I should I do man please someone guide me….
