HELP, is my account going to be banned…? (Fw 13.04)

So I was switching connections, and I did make sure to input the DNS before running the connection test but suddenly I noticed this shit is downloading updates and even said 14.00 was downloading… I unplugged the thing out of fear and because I left my user (for save transferring) I'm so scared my Account may be banned

I did take a precaution and made a dummy user and I have NOT used my actual user with any Homebrew, but it still seems like it connected to some Sony server… I also forgot to enable GoldHEN… though the Dummy User did not have a PSN ID associated with it, not even with the Apollo tool, but I'm still scared of my fucking life that this may just somehow ban my main account

Sadly I dont have access to my PS5 to check but I have not received any Sony emails and I can log in to my account on a Browser just fine but still, isn't 13.04 supposed to not have PSN Access? What's gonna even happen to my account??

This happened like 10 minutes ago and I happened to be running the WiFi via a hotspot so I made sure to turn it off before plugging the PS4 back in

Still though, since I never used my main account's user with GoldHEN Enabled, could my account still be safe or am I fucked ?

Yes I am stupid, go ahead and insult me, I deserve it for wasting a good account, I'm a stupid human being who will never be successful in life and can't even keep an account safe, I'm gonna lose everything over a damn WiFi connection…
