Error 403 Network

Hi Everyone / Faceit Devs,

Can someone​ please help me to fix issue Network Error: Unhandled http status code: 403 (Forbidden) as attached?
Cause I already restart my router, laptop, turn off VPN, Flush DNS and reset IP address but didn't work.

I contacted faceit support over 4 times and all i get is saying follow this steps (Restart Router, turn off VPN, Flush DNS, and reset IP Adress) but when i do this, the issue still not fix. I already reply email them, but never got response back.
