Hi everyone / Embark Team,
I've been getting the ARAU0287 error ("Online Connection Error: Online services are currently unavailable") on PC Steam since last weekend. The last time the game worked for me was Friday the 11th.
Today's update (v1.470.0) did not change anything for me.

Troubleshooting tried so far:
Rebooted router and cable modem
Changed DNS servers (tried several different ones)
Tried Cloudflare WARP and VPN
Disabled Windows Firewall
Verified game files on Steam
Ran chkdsk /f on the drive
Checked / synchronized Windows system clock and time settings
Community & Discord Reports:Recently, several people on Discord have reported experiencing the exact same ARAU0287 error and similar error codes that prevent fellow raiders from even getting to the main menu, indicating this is a wider issue rather than an isolated setup problem.
Support status & feedback:I opened a ticket on Sunday at id.embark.games/arc-raiders/support via the website chatbot (Conversation ID: #1061176).The support process feels really lacking, there is no email confirmation, no direct link to track the ticket and no way to follow up on that chat ticket, the chatbot flow doesn't even offer a clear "tech support" category (I had to submit it under bug report, same on Discord), same here, no support tag, only bug..
Still no reply or acknowledgment from Embark anywhere, thus me trying here.
Is anyone else still dealing with this or found a fix? Is it even on our end the issue??
