Ads not working (Connection Problem! message)

I tried everything already, including looking for other similar posts and nothing worked. I did manage to install the game on another device and there I could watch ads, in my account and in a brand new test one. It seems like the problem is in my phone somehow and yet I don't know how to solve it.

I disabled a private DNS i had that blocked ads, reset ad i.d, uninstall game, clear cache, change from wi fi to mobile data, even just waiting lol but it's been days and it doesn't seem to fix by itself. i never installed any vpn, but i remember having an adblock browser (not anymore), i do have Morphe installed but it is for patching Reddit and Youtube only. Any thoughts? i really want to fix this!!
